Welcome, mystical being! At From The Pleiades, every item you place in YOUR CAULDRON is made-to-order — brewed just for you using enchanted tools & a bit of sorcery. As such, we kindly ask you to review this scroll of policies before requesting assistance on your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you have checked out your loot & your order enters the cauldron for brewing, production begins right away. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you’ve made a mistake, CONTACT us immediately, & we’ll try to stop the potion before it sets.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
We partner with trusted couriers to send your loot across the realms. However, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

- Delays caused by the courier system

Shipping may take longer than expected during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier-related delays beyond our control. The shipping times listed above & in YOUR CAULDRON are based on the average customer experience. However, those estimates may be off if any of these situations arise.

- Customs duties & taxes in faraway lands
- Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These funds are not paid to From The Pleiades nor are they set by From The Pleiades rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
If your parcel seems delayed, CONTACT us & we’ll track it down using every spell at our disposal.
RETURNS
Each piece of your loot is conjured on demand, special made for you, which means we do not accept returns for:
- Selecting the wrong size, color, or style
- A change of heart after ordering
Once the potion in your cauldron has been stirred, it cannot be reversed. Please consult our sizing guide located in the photos of each item you selected & double-check your ingredients before finalizing your spell.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for a different item in any circumstances - however we do have some rare situations in which we will provide a refund back to you (please see refund section below). You can then use the funds returned to you to purchase a different item of loot if you so choose.
REPLACEMENT
Sometimes, but rarely, a spell goes sideways & magic misfires. If your order arrives:
- Misprinted or damaged
- In the wrong size, color, or style shown on your order receipt
…we’ll make it right with a replacement — no need to send the flawed loot back through the portal. If it is still usable, please feel free to donate it to a local charity. If you are a creator on social media you could even use it as a giveaway item and tag us as a collaborator on the post! Spread the magic (even if it was all due to a mixup)!
To report a magical mishap, CONTACT us within 7 days of receiving your loot.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
Our magical support team will review your request, possibly request a photo of the item, & dispatch a corrected item if eligible.
REFUNDS
Refunds are granted only under specific spell conditions:
- Your order arrives misprinted or damaged & cannot be replaced
- Your order arrives in the wrong size, color, or style shown on your order receipt & cannot be replaced
- Your order is lost in transit (confirmed with tracking) & you do not want to wait for another order to be shipped out
- This does not include shipping delays or incorrect address provided at checkout. That is unfortunately beyond our control. Additional info on this can be found under the Delivery Concerns section above on this page.
To report a magical mishap, CONTACT us within 7 days of receiving your loot or 7 days past the expected delivery date if your order was lost.
The refund does not include any import taxes, duties, or customs fees - as that is the buyer’s responsibility post-purchase. The refund also does not include shipping costs. Any approved refunds are for the item price only. Additional info on this can be found under the Delivery Concerns section above on this page.
Approved refunds will be sent back to you via the payment method you used at checkout. Refunds typically take within 3–10 business days. The refund is initially marked as "Pending" for up to 2 business days while it is processed back to you. Please keep in mind, the actual time it takes to receive the refund can vary depending on your bank's processing time.
