How does ordering work?
Every item you place in YOUR CAULDRON is made-to-order — brewed just for you using enchanted tools & a bit of sorcery. Once your spell (order) is cast, our workshop begins crafting your loot from scratch — no premade wares here.
Do you offer kids sizes?
Depending on the product, we may be able to conjure something up for you but it will likely not be the same exact product brand/color/price/etc. as the item you had in mind. However, we will definitely try to work our magic! Please CONTACT us for more details.
Do you take custom spell requests?
While most of our magical items are pre-enchanted, we’re open to collaboration. If you have a special request, CONTACT us — we’re always listening for interesting incantations.
Do you ship across realms?
Indeed! We send enchanted parcels beyond the realm of the United States. Please select your region, if available, at the top of this page. We are able to ship to most countries, except for any you do not see listed as an option. Unfortunately, these restrictions are in place due to a combination of legal restrictions and shipping carrier limitations.
Please note: Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These funds are not paid to From The Pleiades nor are they set by From The Pleiades rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
How long will it take to receive my loot? Do you ship to military addresses? What if my order appears to be lost?
Domestic (within the realm of the United States): typically 2–14 business days
U.S. Military Addresses: typically 15-30 business days
International (beyond the realm of the United States): typically 10–30 business days
Please note: Shipping may take longer than expected during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier-related delays beyond our control. The shipping times listed above & in YOUR CAULDRON are based on the average customer experience. However, those estimates may be off if any of these situations arise.
If your parcel vanishes or seems delayed, CONTACT us & we’ll track it down using every spell at our disposal.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you have checked out your loot & your order enters the cauldron for brewing, production begins right away. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you’ve made a mistake, CONTACT us immediately, & we’ll try to stop the potion before it sets.
What if I ordered the wrong size/color/style?
As each item is made to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color/style or a change of heart after your order has been placed. Please consult our size guides located in the photos of each item you selected, read the description of the item, & double-check your ingredients before finalizing your spell — feel free to summon a friend with measuring tape!

Can I make a return/exchange or receive a replacement/refund?
Because every piece of loot is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Replacements and refunds are rare — these are granted only in the event a magical mishap has occurred.
